Gracie Pitman
Gracie Pitman is a filmmaker based between New York City and Oklahoma City whose work blends surrealist horror with the haunted textures of the American South. Through myth and atmosphere, her films confront systems of power, violence, and belief. Her latest short, Nine Lines of Soluble Fish, mixed in Dolby Atmos, is beginning its festival run. She is in production on The Birthday, a horror set on a rural Oklahoma farm, and developing her debut feature, Gate VII.
